When you fill in a contact or enquiry form.
We collect your name, business name, and email address. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to manage our client relationship. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interests — you've reached out to us, and it's reasonable for us to follow up.

When you book a call.
We collect the details you provide through our booking system (name, email, and any notes you add). We use this solely to manage the appointment. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.

When you approve our Terms & Conditions.
We collect your name, business name, and email as a record of your agreement. The lawful basis is contract and forms part of our working relationship.

When you visit our website.
We use a Facebook Pixel, which collects anonymised data about how visitors interact with our site. This helps us understand the effectiveness of our marketing. We will only activate this once you've given your consent via our cookie banner.

Who we share your data with

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and project data for up to 6 years after the end of a client relationship, in line with standard UK contractual limitation periods. If you haven't become a client, we'll retain your initial enquiry details for up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of the tools we use (such as social media platforms and cloud services) may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.
